Quent and I made our third trip to Salt Lake in as many weeks this past weekend. Tonight we're back home after driving about 700 miles in the past week. Quent was asked to teach a fish culture class in Logan on Monday so I tagged along and hung out in Salt Lake for a few days.
Sunday night we went to Quent's parent's house for dinner and we ate buffalo, not the first time I have ever eaten buffalo meat, but not expected. Bill did a great job cooking it and we had a great time visiting with them.
We plan on staying in Big Water for a few weeks before putting anymore miles on the car.
